Run/walk: 30 minutes
Today's run was a piece of cake. I barely felt like I'd got started when it was over! Yay! I'm really getting stronger, even though sometimes I don't feel like it.
eBay auctions are back up! I listed five magazines yesterday. I'd prepared the photos and descriptions and planned to go into town and do the listings at the cafe, but unfortunately, when I got there, the Java Cafe was closed while new owners take over. Argh! The sign on the door said they'd reopen in mid-October. I'm hoping the food's better when they reopen. I'm also hoping the new owners keep the free Internet. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
So, I did the listings at home, with my pathetic 21k dialup. It took an hour and a half to get five listings up! What a frustration. I still haven't decided what to do for tomorrow's listings. I have more magazines I could try to sell, but they take so long to write up descriptions for, I was hoping to do something easier this time. I've still got some of my mom's jewelry, but I need to get with her to write the descriptions. Maybe I'll take some pieces and laptop into her place tomorrow and do the listings there. At least I can get a faster dialup at her place.
Meanwhile, today I've listed some DVDs with Amazon.com Marketplace. Decided to sell my box sets of X-Files Seasons 1 - 3. I'll never watch them again, and it looks like I can get some decent money for them. Also listed a couple of others. I went through all my DVDs looking for stuff I could sell. You'd think as rarely as I watch any of them, I'd have more I was willing to part with! Oh well. If the X-Files boxes all sell, I'll get over $100 for them.
