I worked out on Friday, April 7, but didn't log it. I felt tired and icky and only got worse all weekend, ended up taking last week off to sit home zonked out on antibiotics. I'm back at it this week, starting today -- did 40 minutes on the treadmill and a light workout -- and will do it again on Friday.
But I've decided to stop making regular updates here until I start training for the next marathon or half-marathon, whenever that might be.
Right now, I'm still pondering the Long Beach Half-marathon this fall. Haven't made any decisions yet. I'll be back when I do!
