32:04 minutes, 30:70 sec run/walk ratio
I was really, really tired yesterday, and couldn't even face the thought of walking two miles, so I skipped it and did my two miles today. I didn't feel all that great today, either, but I guess my body didn't know it, because I had a good run. I didn't bother with iPod or anything, just did my laps. I will go ahead and walk tomorrow and run Saturday, and I'll get my 3 runs in this week, with 2 walks. Good enough.
