Blah. Had a bad case of the "Don't want to"s today. Slept in an extra 20 minutes and finally decided to go ahead and run, but I didn't feel like being chased by zombies, so I just ran with my sport watch and counted laps. I walked the first lap and then ran the rest of the way, and made pretty good time despite myself. Now I'm done I have a bit of a headache. I feel like I slept okay, but didn't get much rest.
Possibly running three days in a row is a bit too much. Looks like last week I also slept in until 6:30. It's also possible that Wednesday mornings I feel out of sorts because Tuesdays are Mom days and they often get me down. Mom is not doing well these days and it's hard to see her fading away. But there's nothing that can be done about that, so I'll just have to carry on. And give myself an extra half hour's sleep on Wednesdays, nothing wrong with that.
